Week of Mar 30, 2026 — Villa Elisa, Paraguay

Haupei!! Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are all doing great!! This week flew by so fast! Here are a couple of the highlights!!

• Lots of lessons with our cute friend Milkar and his sister! They are seriously the sweetest kids ever! Please keep Milkar in your prayers as he is preparing for his baptism soon!!
• Had a super awesome combined Sacrament Meeting with one of the neighboring wards! It was so fun seeing everybody together and celebrating Palm Sunday! All of the primary kids sang “Gethsemnae” and the Spirit was so strong!
• This week was pretty hot here and one day Hermana Jensen and I were sitting on the curb eating empanadas when a guy dropped off a big bottle of cold water and 2 cups! Don’t know where he came from or where he went but God was definitely looking out for us!!
• The Lord led us to some really awesome people! One of my favorite lessons this week was with a cute lady named Sonia! We taught Sonia a couple months ago but she wasn’t really progressing. This week we went to visit her again and invite her to the Easter Program on Sunday! She is so awesome and still keeps her Book of Mormon by her bedside! This made me so happy!
• Had a super fun District/Zone Council this week! Learned a lot about missionary work and it was so fun to see everyone! I’m so thankful for all the missionaries here!

Spiritual Thought

This week it’s been really special to study about Jesus Christ’s Atonement. 2 Nephi 2:6-7 says “Wherefore, redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for He is full of grace and truth. Behold, he offereth himself a sacrifice for sin, to answer the ends of the law, unto all those who have a broken heart and a contrite spirit; and unto none else can the ends of the law be answered”. I love this scripture so much! Jesus Christ really is the only way. I am SO grateful for my Savior and everything He did. Only through Him can we overcome physical and spiritual death. He went through everything we will every go through and more so we wouldn’t have to experience this life alone. And His Atonement really is infinite. It covers everything and everyone! I know that Christ lives! And I am so grateful for this time in my life where my focus is just on the Savior and sharing the good news with everyone that He lives and through Him everything will be okay 🤍
