Week of Jun 29, 2026 — Coronel Bogado, Paraguay

Haupei! Good Morning!! Hope you guys are all doing amazing! This week just flew by down here! Here are some highlights from the last couple of days!

• Had branch conference yesterday!! All the members from Ita Paso came up and it was so awesome to see the church building so full! Hermana Barney and I were also able to attend the young women’s class which was super fun!
• Lots of miracles with finding this week! A couple Sundays ago on the walk to church this guy came up to us and we started talking and ended up getting his phone number. Flash forward to this week the Elders sent us over a reference for a lady. The address ended up being wrong but we clapped at that house anyway. The guy, Ivan, from a couple Sundays ago came to the fence with the biggest smile! Such a big miracle!! His family are some of the nicest people ever! We were able to have some really great lessons with him these last couple days!
• One of my favorite lessons from this past week was with our friend Leydi and her daughter Jasmine! We had felt impressed to teach them about the Plan of Salvation and before even getting into it, Leydi asked with tears in her eyes if we believe in a resurrection and how we know… the Spirit was SO strong!!! I’m so grateful for the knowledge that there is a lot more than just this life! Because of Jesus Christ’s Atoning Sacrifice, all of us will be resurrected. And we can all have the opportunity to live with our families, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ for the eternities 🤍
• Hit 10 months in the mission! Actually so wild!! The time is flying by SO fast!! Rohayu Paraguay forever!!

Spiritual Thought

This week in my personal studies a scripture that really stood out to me was Moses 1:39 which reads “For behold, this is my work and my glory — to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man”. This scripture is SO cool! But it could also read … “For behold, this is my work and my glory — to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of (YOUR NAME)”. God’s intent is to bring YOU home! He knows and loves each of us so perfectly and so individually! God wants each of us to inherit all that He has. And He knows exactly what experiences each of us need to become who He wants us to be. As we keep going and put our faith in Him and the Savior, this journey will lead us back to Him! His plan is perfect and it works!!!
